An integrated automated tool changing system stores a library of top and bottom tooling. All tools are held within the machine and automatically changed as the job requires – significantly minimizing tool changeover time for better bending productivity. LVD’s patented Easy-Form® Laser in-process angle monitoring and correction technology ensures the first part is a good part. We have 1,000 m3 of storage capacity divided over nine silos. Our silos are suitable for storing: - Plastic granules - Plastic regrind - Plastic powder - Animal nutrition - Phosphates Our silos are equipped with dust filters, so that even the finest plastic powders can be safely unloaded. We also have silos equipped with automated loading bellows that simplify the filling of bulk tankers. The silos can also be emptied by air slide conveyor, all the way to our packaging machines.
