Using atmospheric pressure to transfer energy during industrial processes, compressed air can be found powering air tools like drills and hammers, hydraulic air cylinders for automation in manufacturing processes and much more. Compressed air is also used to power air brakes on mobile fleets and trains. Air Compressor Expenses It is so commonly found in industry it is often referred to as the fourth utility to electricity, water and gas. Of the four, compressed air consumes the most energy. Air compressor systems can differ very greatly in size, output and cost. What remains constant, is the initial investment in a compressor system is only 25% of the expenses associated with it, over its lifetime. The other 75% of the costs go to energy used to compress the air.

The door is equipped with autoreinsertion technology. In case of an accidental crash, the curtain reinserts itself again. Air purification unit for cleaning room air The Pro air purification unit cleans the air inside the room. The Pro unit is used for the protection of vulnerable (immune-compromised) patients, protection against infectious patients, the elimination of aspergillus during renovation works, and for the upgrading of air quality in operating theatres, ICUs, isolation rooms. The Pro unit gives immediate results (within 20 minutes max) and once deployed maintains integrity of the air quality at all times. The life-time of the high efficiency particulate air filter inside the unit is therefore largely extended. The prefilters are supplied in packages and are easily changed.

Pre-filtration filters on the outside of the unit Indoor work leads to an increased concentration of aspergillus. In order to protect the high effiency particulate air filter inside the unit during building activities, pre-filtration frames with filters are added to the outside of the device. An indirect dry cooling system is characterized by the use of a condenser and air-cooled heat exchangers.The cooling system consists of the following main components :condenser (surface or spray type),cooling water circulating pumps and recovery turbines, if applicable,heat exchanger deltas including louvers,natural draft cooling tower,piping and valves,water storage tanks and transfer pumps,electrical equipment,instrumentation and control,accessories such as cleaning system, nitrogen blanketing system,The warm water from the condenser is delivered to the natural draft cooling tower by the cooling water circulating pumps and an underground piping network. After the cooling in the heat exchangers, the cold water returns to the condenser.

The RCDC ACC is designed with optimized key sections and equipment to guarantee a maximized efficiency. The steam flows from the turbine into a steam duct and several manifolds to reach the fin tube bundles. The RCDC ACC is designed in streets sitting on a steel leg system (under structure) raised to allow proper air intake into the forced draft modules of A-shape steelframes supporting the fin tube bundles. Once condensed the steam is collected by gravity into a condensate tank located underneath or in the close vicinity of the ACC. The efficiency of the steam condensation process is guaranteed using appropriate and reliable vacuum units. RCDC guarantee the complete system and undertake integral studies related to the ducts and manifolds, the steel leg system and the pipe work and other special studies as appropriate.

This fan speed controller is used to control EC fan speed. The unregulated output can control a water valve or an electric heating element. Via the rotary knob the temperature can be set between 5 - 35°C. Fan speed is regulated manually in 5 steps, there's an Off-position and automatic mode. In automatic mode a temperature sensor PT500 is required. Choice between cooling/heating mode can be done via Modbus communication or a jumper. This controller can be connected to our SenteraWeb or a BMS-system. .

The STR-1-15L22 is a transformer fan speed controller with which you can manually regulate the fan speed of single-phase motors in 5 steps. The unit also has an off-position. It needs a 230 VAC/50-60 Hz supply voltage and has an unregulated output of 230 VAC that can control a damper, an external status indicator, etc. This output is active as soon as the motor is enabled. The sinusoidal shape of the generated motor voltage results in an exceptionally quiet motor operation and extended service life. The special impregnated coating reduces the electrical noise from the built-in autotransformer. This series is available in different amperes. The casing of the controllers up to 7,5 A is made from high quality plastic, while the models above 7,5 A have a metal housing. This transformer doesn't need any configuration. Once installed, it's ready for use.

Stepless regulation of EC fans, AC fan speed controllers or frequency inverters is what this potentiometer stands for. It has an off-position and the output value depends on the position of the rotary knob on the front. This potentiometer has a dry contact output that can be used to remotely switch on/off a fan, open/close a damper etc. The dry contact will be open when the know is turned completely counter clockwise. The input voltage for this potentiometer can lie between 0 - 24 VDC. The version handling 0 - 12 VDC is called the MTP-X10K-NA. The splash-proof housing of both potentiometers allows flush (IP44) or surface mounting (IP54).

This control unit has two 0-10 Volt outputs to regulate the EC fans. Via the 2 tacho inputs you can directly monitor the status of the fans and their speed, if tacho signals are available on the fans. HVAC sensors or potentiometers can be connected to the unit, via Modbus RTU communication or 2 analogue inputs. The built-in 24 VDC power supply can feed the external sensors or potentiometers. The controller itself needs a supply voltage between 85 - 305 VAC. Application specific firmware is needed for the unit to function. This firmware can be downloaded via Senteraweb, our online HVAC portal, where we already made a limited number of specific firmware version available, used in typical HVAC applications like destratification. The only thing that needs to be done is to select the appropriate functionality on the solution page of our website and download the firmware. No additional programming is required. TCMF8 is also available - for AC fan speed control.

This self-calibrating CO2 sensor measures CO2 as well as temperature, relative humidity and ambient light conditions. It needs a 24 VAC supply voltage. This sensor can also directly control an EC-fan, AC fan speed controller or frequency inverter. It has 1 single analogue / modulating output depending on the highest measured value for temperature, humidity or carbon dioxide. If you only want to use it for measuring CO2, you can deactivate the temperature or humidity measurement. The FCMFX-series are available for different types of supply voltages such as 24 VDC, 24 VAC/VDC or 230 VAC. All version have 3 LEDS on the frontpanel showing whether the measured value is within or out of range. Additionally they are available in a version with audible alert. All parameters are accessible via Modbus RTU. This sensor doesn't need to be configured. Once installed it's ready for use.
