ADR is a software module that has been created to finalize the Automation process by identifying automatically the parts that have default or not to then inform the end user which one is « accepted », « rejected », « to be verified », etc. This will lead to a much faster flow of inspection as very strict rules will have been defined within the software, reducing mistakes and costs but increase reliability. Depending on the part that will be inspected, a lot of different criteria can be looked for in terms of default and be recognized by the ADR module such as: Dimensions, foreign substances/objects, position/location, quantity, distance/gap, nature/density, angles, profiles/deviations, and much more. The Acquisition module works as a standalone module or can be integrated with IPS and Automation. It can also be integrated with an external application using a simple communication protocol based on «sockets».

IPS Report is an add-on modules to IPS012 allowing the end-user to start reporting the processing of the image automatically. The report is completely customizable regarding the needs of every industries. All metadatas from the image will be collected and added into the report, industry regulations, NDT standards, filters, measurements, and much more.

The Phantom is a tool designed by Balteau NDT to answer the highest quality requirements in digital radiography. Because of this product, different test can be defined to qualify and maintain qualified an equipment of digital image acquisition such as flat panels. The phantom is made of steel Inox 316 composed of 2 plates of 2mm thick to ensure strength and reliability of the equipment. The 2 plates dimensions are 326 x 275,5 mm and are manufactured to enable inserts of different measuring tools for quality certification purpose. The phantom software will provide a PDF reporting of the quality supplied by the digital receiver (flat panel). The measurement tools will depend of the industry and so of the specific quality requirement of that industry. The Scannix + is an industrial X-Ray film digitizer specifically designed to offer the highest quality of images for the NDT market. Not an additional operation but a true improvement. In the radiographic industry, Films storage and post processing have always been neglected. Both these aspects are however very important matters to take into account in the overall costs and efficiency of the Radiographic process. A computerized storage of the radiographies will also dramatically reduce the risk of loosing the archives of a job. The scannix + is driven by our Acquisition software and is delivered with the scanner as a standard. As a digital image, a radiography can also be processed with our Image Processing Software IPS012 allowing details that were hidden to appear, thanks to different filters and the contrast settings but also a lot of different tools and add-on like SRb, SNR, etc. Acquisition can also be linked to IPS012 allowing an automatic transfer of the image to start...

The Diaphragm Remote Control (DRC) module Controls the motors of the different shutters of the collimator. It works with the latest technology regarding motors control and allows up to 4 shutters. DRC stands for Diaphragm Remote Control. DRC provides an intuitive graphical user interface to view and control how you diaphragm is positionned. DRC works as a standalone module or can be integrated with Automation. It can also be integrated with an external application using a simple communication protocol based on "sockets".

RIO is a stand alone module designed to organize, recall and display Reference Images such as ASTM. Radiographers can now load reference images within their Image Processing Software and compare with their own radiographies using all available tools. Balteau NDT has also developed an ASTM extractor that will extract all selected images from the ASTM dvd to store in your database and use with RIO module. RIO also allows to create a database of your own images, making your own references.

Dicom Dir Navigator (DDN) is a stand alone module designed to create libraries of images but also to transfer images between users. Creates your own DCM images libraries with the Dicom Dir Standard and share them with your customers, thanks to the free included viewer.

X-Ray Remote Control (XRRC) is the software module that connects to the X-ray source using a serial link and is able to control all operations remotely, directly on the computer screen. Allowing you to interact with the mA, kV, start and stop the X-ray from running, view of the tube characteristics and state, start and stop preheating, choose tube focus, load exposure charts, etc. All Balteau generators are supported by X-Ray Remote Control, contact us for more details on other brands. The LS1 from Baltograph Series has also uses the X-Ray Remote Control Software making it a friendly environment for those who uses Balteau equipment on both platform.
