The Lemaître assortment offers a complete range of dusted and flaked chocolate truffles. Our truffles have a fine truffle filling, coated with the best Belgian milk chocolate and decorated with cocoa powder or chocolate flakes. All the truffles are produced in our factory on our 2 dedicated production lines: a production line for dusted truffles and one for truffles flaked with chocolate shavings. Our Lemaître standard assortment contains: 6 chocolate flaked varieties with milk chocolate coating in rectangular ballotin box (Truffines, Cappuccino, Crisp Praliné, Noir, Caramel Salted, Ruby) 6 cocoa dusted varieties with double milk chocolate coating in vertical ballotin box (Cocoa, Marc de Champagne, Hazelnut Crisp, Cappuccino, Strawberry, Toffee) We also offer a luxury assortment under the Lemaître brand, please ask for the minimum quantities: A 105g rectangular box containing 12 flaked truffles in 3 different varieties

The standard chocolate truffle assortments are either dusted or flaked. The truffles are produced and packed in our factory under our house brand, Lemaître. Our delicious chocolate truffles can also be supplied in a variety of boxes as a private label. On your request, we can adapt our truffle to suit ‘your market’. CH-MIX range of products are brand makers to add to a standard base beer with low bitterness (10-12 EBU) as unique requisite to obtain a range of different chocolate beers with different notes like milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, cacao powder, vanilla, etc… CH-MIX range of products are a mixture of spices selective CO2 extracts, natural cacao flavours and extracts as well as malt extracts giving rise to a « pallet » of different chocolate flavours. These products also impart the palate fullness necessary for these kind of beers. All the components of the mixture are food grade 100% natural and they have not been in contact with any solvent apart from CO2 which has the GRAS status (generally recognized as safe for food production by the FDA) and which evaporates completely after the extraction.
