The control unit for single vision semi-finished lenses (MCSFU) is the perfect tool for the free-form laboratories. With a capactity of more than 360 lenses an hour, the MCSFU detects any picking, supply or data error. It measures, accurately and contactless, the radius of the front curve of the single vision semi-finished lenses. The measured data are directly transmitted to the LMS (Lab Management System) software so that the measured data can be taken into account for the calculation.

The ProMapper is the A&R table-top solution to provide state-of-the-art optical inspection according to the industry standards (ISO/ANSI), totally independent from the operator. In addition, it supplies freeform surface evaluation based on the A&R Error Map technology, making sure that no surface defect is shipped to the customer. Based on the Error Map, surface quality features like the GMC (Global Mapping Criteria) are evaluated and constitute extremely relevant inspection data for process control applications (Statistical Process Control).

The Dual LensMapper, integrated in this unit, gives a mapping of the prescription lens (freeform or conventional) and calculates FOA optical power at the reference points (FV, NV). For the freeforms, it compares the expected design to the real lens and displays an error map. A Go/NoGo decision is made, based on the error map and the list of criteria defined by the lab. Because the A&R AutoMapper is task specific, and the system has a small footprint, you can easily integrate it into the lab, either directly after the surfacing or in the final control (also suitable for checking the cut lenses). Designed to perform welding inspections on cylinders up to a diameter of 250mm, the AIS231 is a real time system designed to be automated that can also be installed with an ADR module (depending on the client requirement). It is equipped with a shielded cabinet for up to 450kV depending on the power of the generator installed, a flat panel, a 2 axis manipulator, a motorized door, and more. To ensure a great and easy environment of work, the control desk will carry a 19’’ computer with the Inspection suite of software installed allowing the automation of the process which will fastened the everyday inspection.

Shielded cabinet for digital & automated x-ray inspection The AIS958 is a very compact complete digital & automated x-ray system. A wide variety of samples with different thicknesses can be inspected with this unit. Thanks to the 5 axis motorized manipulator, the user has the opportunity to radiograph a sample from all angles and thus, achieve a complete inspection. In addition to being complete, the AIS958 can be mobile with its installation in a trailer (optional). This allows the user to move over a wide area and thus respond quickly and effectively to customer requests. This shielded cabinet made of a steel structure with lead reinforcement (“sandwich” type assembly : steel-lead-steel) includes a directional constant potential generator of 160 kV or 225 kV as well as a flat panel. The CP300DM is a constant potential portable generator with a duty cycle of 100% in 30°. Its metal-ceramic tube makes this generator the robust partner you need for your digital radiography inspections. With its high output voltage range (up to 300 kV), the CP300DM has a steel penetration of 66 mm and will adapt to a wide range of NDT applications. Go-Scan C-view is a light weight ruggedized real time X-ray imaging system specifically designed for hand-held inspection such, among other, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) inspection. It includes a high speed and high resolution CMOS imager and a battery-operated 70kV x-ray tube designed for portable field operation. The video imaging system captures images and displays them on a hand held display in real-time.

The Control & Packaging Unit for Stock Lenses is best utilized by large volume single vision lens manufacturers. This machine will inspect and package 900 lenses per hour with such accuracy that there are no errors such as sending out of tolerance lenses out, or rejecting in tolerance lenses. In addition, the automatic cycle prevents any mispackaging of product. The zero defect packaging and the labor costs savings proven by installation of over 100 of these machines worldwide justify the investment in this machine.
