This potentiometer has a dry contact output that can be used to remotely switch on/off a fan, open/close a damper etc. The dry contact will be open when the know is turned completely counter clockwise. The input voltage for this potentiometer can lie between 0 - 24 VDC. The version handling 0 - 12 VDC is called the MTP-X10K-NA. The splash-proof housing of both potentiometers allows flush (IP44) or surface mounting (IP54).
