The AIS912 has been created with the aim to automate the inspection of composite material with honeycomb structure and as a result to accelerate the inspection process. Thanks to its 9 motorized axes and with the different software developed by our engineers, the AIS912 allows the records of different motions the operator needs in order to radiography the whole sample with only one action. Every picture is then saved on a server database and can be processed by our Image processing system IPS012.

Detailed images are a common goal for all NDT operators. Depending on the configurations, noise or backscattering effects, disturbances in the results and interpretations may occur. To reduce these effects, ICM engineers have developed a specific adjustable collimator that helps to manually reduce the X-Ray beam that comes from the CP120B and the CP160B. The collimator strictly focuses the X-Ray beam on the target and in doing so reduces the noise effect, the backscattering effects and improves the penetration. This collimator can be mounted on the CP120B & CP160B via a specific support that is placed on the generators.

CONTACT are mineral chain oils for chain saws, they are reinforced with a polymer adhesive in order to obtain a strong oil film. This type of oil is also provided for hammers and transmission chains with loss lubrication. The qualities CONTACT M (edium), CONTACT H (eavy) CONTACT J, CONTACT S (uper Heavy) are for the chain saws with internal combustion engine. CONTACT E was specifically developed for the lubrication of electric saws.

K2 TEXAR 5W-40 XV-C3 5L synthetic engine oil developed and manufactured using the latest NANOTECH technology. Contains the highest quality compositions PAO (Poly-Alpha-Olefins). Recommended for the latest automobiles provided with solidparticle filters and three-way catalysts. Enables extension of the inter oil change periods (Long Life-type oil). Enables to reduce the fuel consumption up to 2,5% and reaches critical lubrication points faster than semisynthetic or mineral oils. Guarantees a trouble-free engine start at very low temperatures (even -35°C). Keeps the engine clean. Recommended for gasoline and Diesel engines, cars and delivery vans with or without turbo-compressor, independently of engine wear degree.
