The mini sized trays are flow wrapped by 16. Standard packing is 128 mini crème brûlées in a cardboard box. Preparation Get the mini crème brûlée out of the plastic bag. Defrost in the microwave per 30 second intervals at max 500W. If the bottom of the aluminium dish still feels frozen, repeat per 30 seconds. The crème brûlée is ready to eat when the bottom feels cold but not frozen. If you leave some space between the dishes, you can defrost several mini sized trays at the same time. You can also defrost at room temperature. At 20°C the mini crème brûlée is defrosted in about half an hour.
