Electrostatic assist is used in rotogravure printing to prevent missing dots and ensure higher-quality images with high ink and color density. Thanks to this unique combination a more homogeneous electric field is generated, offering more accurate attraction of ink on the printed medium and resulting in a superior printing quality. The Diaphragm Remote Control (DRC) module Controls the motors of the different shutters of the collimator. It works with the latest technology regarding motors control and allows up to 4 shutters. DRC stands for Diaphragm Remote Control. DRC provides an intuitive graphical user interface to view and control how you diaphragm is positionned. DRC works as a standalone module or can be integrated with Automation. It can also be integrated with an external application using a simple communication protocol based on "sockets".

Since Dr. Frederick Cottrell's invention over a century ago, electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) have been a primary technology for controlling particulate emissions. ESPs can be designed to meet stringent particulate emission standards with minimal pressure loss and high equipment reliability for extended plant operation.

This controller regulates the fan speed of single-phase motors from 1,5 to 10 A via phase angle control a.k.a. Triac technology. The supply voltage of 230 VAC can be turned off via the illuminated ON/OFF switch on the side of the unit. Via de potentiometer located on the front of the controller you can set the desired fan speed. Minimum speed can be adjusted via an internal trimmer and kickstart/softstart by adding/removing a jumper on the PCB of the controller. This controller is typically used to regulate the speed of AC fans or centrifugal pumps in HVAC systems. The regulator is also available with TK monitoring. This function will deactivate the motor in case of overheating. The code for this type of regulator suitable for 1,5 A is ITRS-15-DT.
