if you have an idea you want to develop or you want a line of products no one else has, then a custom collection is what you’re looking for. Choosing a custom collection means: A unique design from concept to production. Minimum order depends on fabric chosen. Get what you want, choose fabrics and product shapes. Products that are exclusive to your brand. It works like this: We’ll meet to discuss your ideas, products, and target customers. We’ll research your target, and create drawings and models based on their needs. After you select some designs, we’ll produce prototypes. Once you get a chance to feel and test, you’ll pick your prototypes for order We’ll order the materials, start production, and get them to you or your customers as soon as possible.

In 1954, my grandparents, Adriaan van der Linde and Marie-Rose Cordenier, started a small pet accessory shop called Het Suzenhof. The shop was nestled in Knokke-Heist, a little coastal town in Belgium. It was a time and place where you knew all of your neighbours, and little shops like theirs were a staple of social existence. Started more out of necessity in the years following the war than out of dreams of creating something big, it was a humble beginning. But my grandparents’ dedication to quality and service always kept their doors open. In the 1979, their daughter Suzy van der Linde and her husband Sylvere Dobbelaere took over the business, changing the name to Suzy’s to appeal to a wider audience. They immediately got to work making custom pet bows in a small workshop, and didn’t stop there.

Once you decide on your designs, you’ll have a couple options for delivery. We can either send them to your warehouses, or we can store your order and take care of the distribution for you. This is ideal if you run an ecommerce business, have regular deliveries to various shops, or need to get products to your customers as quickly as possible. Whatever the reason, we will take on the burden of shipping and be fast and efficient doing it. If you are making a custom order, please give yourself enough time for the items to be produced. For completed items that are in-stock, an order placed before 16:00 Brussels time can be shipped out of our warehouse to any European country the same day.
