The slats are made by industrial processing of the treated beech log. Beech is a hardwood, the most qualitative and weight-resistant, compared to birch, poplar or others. The lamellas are formed by pressing sheets of technical veneer at a high temperature, after first passing them through an adhesive. Thus, the lamellae become elastic, and even if they flex slightly under the action of weight, they return to their original shape when they are no longer subject to weight. The slats are available in the natural color of the wood, but also colored (silver, carbon, mahogany, red, blue), for those with a width of 3.8 cm and 0.8 cm. An antistatic carbon film is attached to the surface of the colored slats, which has the role of eliminating electromagnetic waves and rejecting radiation.
