We manufacture brushes to suit many different brands of Trommel Powerscreens, in optimum diameter filaments which are suitable for both wet and dry conditions. We offer a fast refill service for your existing cores or we can provide complete brushes on a new core with brush assemblies (internal bearings etc). Loose brush coils can also be supplied should you wish to fit them yourself. McDonalds, Finlay, McClusky, Powerscreen.etc.

Elastomeric bearings reinforced internally with one or more steel plates, chemically bonded during vulcanisation are called laminatid elastomeric bearings. Elastomeric bearings permit a smooth and uniform transfer of loads from beams to substructure and also allow beam rotations at the point of support due to deflection of beam under loading. They further allow lateral and longitudinal movement of beams caused by thermal forces. Elastomeric bearings have no moving parts and thermal expansion and contractions are supported by shear capacity of elastomers. There is no sliding motion between bearing and beam or between bearing and abutment.

With diameters up to max. 1,000 mm and lengths up to max. 4,500 mm, these are suitable for all types of belt conveyor system. All pulleys are turned cylindrically or spherically. The axle connections can be delivered in alternative designs with internal bearings, welded, with wedged connections or with clamping set shaft connections. Special designs such as stainless steel and/or friction linings (ceramic, rubber) and accessories (pedestal bearings) can be delivered upon request.
