In IKO Needle Roller Bearings with Separable Cage, the inner ring, outer ring and IKO needle roller cage are combined, but they can be separated easily. This type has a simple structure with high accuracy. In addition, the radial clearance can be freely selected by choosing an assembly combination. Because they use needle roller cages, these bearings have excellent rotational performance, and are best suited for massproduction, high accuracy products such as machine tools, textile machinery, and printing machines.

Standard Ball Cages Type LBK The belt cage is segmented in the required length and supplied ready for installation with balls. The number of segments depends on the bearing diameter and the ball size. The band cage can also be purchased in one piece for special applications. Cages are used to position and keep the balls distanced from each other at the pitch circle diameter. We offer a variety of different cage architecture and material tailor for each customer application. Cages are constructed of brass, steel, or synthetic materials. Brass and steel cages are manufactured at WIB. We also manufacturing our own tooling and can adapt cage designs to meet the requirements of the application. For certain applications, ball bearings without cages or full complemented bearings are manufactured.

IKO Roller Bearings are heavy duty bearings with rollers incorporated in a double row. They are nonseparable bearings with a high load rating. They can withstand not only radial loads but axial loads as well, which are supported at the contacts between the shoulders of the inner and outer rings and the end faces of the rollers. They should be used at the fixing side of a shaft. Like needle roller bearings, they are also compact. Roller bearing types include caged, full complement and the type for sheaves, and they can be selected based on the operating conditions. IKO Combined Type Needle Roller Bearings are combinations of a radial bearing and a thrust bearing. Caged Needle Roller Bearings are used as radial bearings and thrust ball bearings or thrust roller bearings are used as thrust bearings. They are compact and very economical, and can be subjected to radial loads and axial loads simultaneously. They are widely used for machine tools, textile machinery, and industrial machinery.

IKO Thrust Bearings consist of precisely machined cages and rollers. They have high rigidity and high load capacity and can be used in small spaces. Thrust Needle Roller Bearings use needle rollers, while Thrust Roller Bearings use cylindrical rollers. Various types of raceway rings are available, and can be selected according to the operating conditions. When the bearing mounting surface of a machine is heattreated and finished by grinding, Thrust Bearings can be used without raceway rings, making the machine more compact. They are best suited for applications where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads, such as the drive mechanisms for automobiles, machine tools, and highpressure pumps.

These bearings consist of a cage made from a steel plate, which is precisely press formed and surfacehardened, and needle rollers with a diameter variation within 2μm. KFB-Clarfeld thrust ball bearings are manufactured as single and double direction models. Ball bearings of the series 511, 512, 513 and 514 are single sided, the models 522, 523 and 524 are double sided. Thrust ball bearings are composed of shaft washers, cage washers, and cage assemblies. The bearings are separable; cage assembly and bearing washers can therefore be fitted independently of each other. Both models tolerate high axial forces, however, they may not be radially stressed.

Tapered roller bearings are composed of solid outer and inner rings with tapered raceways and tapered rollers with cage assembly. The bearings are separable. Therefore, the inner ring with the rollers and the assembly cage can fitted separated from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings tolerate high radial and one sided axial forces. For axial steadying, a second bearing is usually necessary, which is then fitted mirror-inverted.
