Based on our rotary solenoid D2, Kendrion offers a wide range of highly reliable optical shutters for blocking light and laser beams in the field of optical safety technology. The optical shutter D23 forms the technical basis with remarkable properties and can be used in a wide range of applications, e.g. in medical instruments, aeronautical instruments, fiber optic signal transmission systems and in mass photometry. The D23 optical shutter impresses with maximum reliability, durability and a fast switching time of approx. 15 ms. With at least 10 million switching cycles, the Shutter D23 is designed for reliable continuous operation.

Based on our smallest rotary solenoid D1, Kendrion offers a compact miniature shutter in the field of optical safety technology. The D16 shutter is characterized above all by its high reliability and long service life of 2.5 million switching cycles. In addition, this shutter has a fast closing time of less than 20 ms.

The advanced laser shutter DS200X8 combines with its short closing time of less than 15 ms. a long mechanical service life with the possibility of detecting the position and monitoring the mirror temperature. When the shutter is closed, the laser beam is absorbed in the beam trap. A laser power of up to 100 W is possible.

Based on the CDR030 bistable rotary solenoid, Kendrion offers a bistable shutter in the field of optical safety technology, which enables de-energized holding in both end positions. The end positions are held by the built-in permanent magnets. This makes the shutter design very energy-saving. The CDR030 shutter is also characterized by its high reliability and long service life of 20 million switching cycles. In addition, the shutter has a typical closing time of 20 ms.

ETC Source Four Zoom XT 150W 15°-30° white ETC combines the industrys standard Source Four Zoom optical system with a unique, waterlight housing to create the Source Four Zoom XT. Powered by the 12.000 hour Master ColorTM CDM lamp, Zook eX is rated IP 65 for exterior lighting use and is ideal for gobo / pattern projection and tight shutter cuts on specific structures or architectural details. The forward portion of the housing removes completely for beam sizing, focus, gobo insertion and shutter cut adjustments. The removable housing is designed to hang conveniently on the yoke, freeing both hands for focus.
