The EDGE CNC Contouring Center is a compact controlled horizontal center capable of PVC profile milling and splicing. PVC profiles can be coated in white or standard or even coated with aluminum, copper, wood, acrylic, fabric, fiberglass, etc... The rotation speed of the axes can be adjusted from 500 to 24000 rpm through a variable frequency inverter. The control allows interpolation managed by numerical control of the X and Y axes. The movement of the X and Y axes is produced through brushless motors and recirculating ball screws, the Z axis uses a brushless motor on a helical rack. The machine is completed with four double-acting pneumatic jaws to block the piece.

There is a 2.5m conveyor. Two types of saw are used, two pieces large 200mm. and two pieces of small 100mm. But in many places only small saws are used. The saw, which is two small saws, take the nail from the rail a little deeper, and so the rails sit very comfortably. - There are double-acting pistons on the upper prints, so the adjustment is not disturbed.
