Our assembly lifts are ingenious - with a max. lift height of 7.9 m, it helps to safely manoeuvre loads of up to 500 kg. One of the decisive advantages of this assembly lift is that, during glass pane assembly, the vacuum suction cups can be driven to the facade without problems, as Heavydrive uses counter weights. With conventional lifts, for exhibition stand construction or sound engineering, the lifting carriage is underneath the lifted object. With our models, this would be disruptive. Last but not least, this practical all-rounder is folded by hand and, if needed, even fits into a car. It is hand driven and therefore requires hardly any servicing. Movable under a load of 500 kg.

The Battery Cell Simulator serves to test Battery Measuring Modules in the 2511 series, which are used in battery module assembly applications (incoming goods inspection, BoL, EoL). The Battery Cell Simulator is able to emulate battery cells of different technologies with resistance and open circuit voltage simulation. The resistance simulation replicates the purely ohmic resistance of a cell. The Battery Cell Simulator runs on 24 V DC. The LED on the front indicates the different operating states. Resistance and voltage values can be defined from standard values or from a custom set of values.

Click-type insulated torque wrench, designed for use in environments where there are potential electric shock hazards. These pre-lock torque wrenches effectively prevent users from mistakenly changing the torque. They are equipped with a torque scale but to change the set torque a tool is required. Setting torque can be operated by an attached hex key to avoid torque change by human mistake during a tightening operation. This effectively prevents human errors. This battery system allows the assembly of a series of solenoid valves type VY in 1/8 with various functions. The electrical control is integrated in the housing and equipped with a 25-pin SUB-D connector. The valve terminal can be preconfigured and ordered fully assembled and tested, or, thanks to the very simple, intuitive coding, you can assemble it yourself on the basis.
