As a contract manufacturer and contract filler, we offer our customers a large and varied range of industrial care products. From wax release agents and basic cleaning agents to special cleaning and cold cleaning agents, floor oils or Chromoblitz-emulsions and sweeping shavings: This product variety of industrial care products meets almost every customer’s wish and need. In addition, what may have existed up to now only as an idea of the customer can be specially developed by the knowledge and innovative strengths of Wachsfabrik Segeberg GmbH. Basic cleaning agents: Flexible surfactants Basic cleaning agents are based on surfactants, which are either water- or solvent-based, depending on the desired application. These industrial care products have a degreasing and dewaxing effect. Floor oils: Impregnation of industrial floors Special floor oils are used to make industrial floors less sensitive to dust and dirt and to impregnate them.

WIWOX® 340 is a weakly alkaline cleaning agent for grease, oil and oil carbon soiling. Very suitable for pre-cleaning or basic cleaning of soiled steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal or plastic parts in an ultrasonic bath or in a spray cleaning system. After cleaning and without water rinsing, the parts are temporarily protected against corrosion. The final drying can be accelerated by blowing off with compressed air, a warm air flow or treatment in a drying cabinet. WIWOX® 340 can be used in a concentration of 5 – 7 %. Dilution with water depends on the degree of contamination and the intended exposure time. The bath should have a temperature of approx. 60° C. The bath should be kept at a constant temperature. In the field of precision mechanics, longer exposure times are possible depending on the degree of contamination.

The DRP120 is a portable remote-controlled dredge that can be equipped with different models of electric dredging pumps: EL1204, EL1204 HC or EL1204 HH. This dredge is versatile, easy to use and very safe: it can be operated through a wireless remote control. No need of operators onboard! The basic applications are cleaning of industrial and mining ponds and maintenance dredging in harbors. MAIN FEATURES Small dimensions: easy to transport and to assembly, can be used also in very small basins and harbors. Highly customizable: can be equipped with GPS, cameras, position lights, jet system, and more. Thanks to its small draft this dredge can work in shallow waters.

Suitable for basic cleaning of vinyl floors. Vinyl Intensive Cleaner cleans the floor prior to a refinish and removes old gloss finish, polymer layers, waxes, oil films and other contaminants.

Suitable for basic cleaning of WPC (Wood Plastic Composites), as well as Resysta and synthetic rattan surfaces. The specially developed WPC-Cleaner removes atmospheric soiling, algae, greying, grease, oil and other impurities. The eco-friendly cleansing extract also removes dirt from ripples, crevices and grooves.

Suitable for basic cleaning of all floors like, parquet, plastic flooring, cork, PVC, linoleum, laminate, natural and artificial stone floors as well as tiles and rubber floors. Floor and Laminate Cleaner cleans waxed and oiled floors prior to a refinish and removes old gloss finish, polymer layers, waxes, oil films and other contaminants.

Commonly found chemicals such as water, soap solutions or many others do not pose any harm, even occasional exposure to certain petrochemicals or harsher cleaning does not affect the material. In certain, and very rare, situations the anti-slip tape could be completely submerged under a liquid that is extremely aggressive. Some of our customers use problematic solutions; these could include high concentration MEK, toluene, acids, alkalis etc. For almost all applications our conventional Safety-Grip range performs brilliantly. In a small number of applications one of two situations can cause problems; 1. Chemical retention In this situation mild chemicals such as basic cleaning agents mixed with water and are trapped on the surface on the anti-slip tape with no way of escaping, the fluids form a reservoir and with no form of dissipation, over time, they can damage the resins that hold the minerals onto the plastic film.
