In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. Based on the CAN bus, it combines low cost and high performance, and provides an attractive distributed control solution for industrial automation, medical devices, public transportation, elevators, maritime electronics, and other applications. CN-8021 details: It could support max 128 PDO, 64 TPDO, and 64 RPDO. CANopen Node ID supports the value ranges from 1 ~ 99. CANopen conforms to DS301 and DS401 standards. The bus communication baud rate is from 10Kbps ~ 1Mbps. It supports NMT, PDO, SDO, Heartbeat and SYNC. It could use physical switches to control terminal resistance access, baud rate, slave address and other parameters. WTP: -40~85℃

The CN-8034 Ethernet/IP I/O module supports standard Ethernet/IP protocol access. The adapter supports a Max. input of 504 bytes and a Max. output of 504 bytes. It supports 32 pcs of extended IO modules. It has been tested successfully with PLC such as AB(1769-L16ER-BB1B), Delta (AS228T-A), Omron (NX1P2-9024DT) and other controllers.

IAI Industrial Robots is one of the leading manufacturers of electric actuators and industrial robots. In addition to catalogue products, we also offer customised products and special developments. Actuators from IAI can be easily connected to automation applications and integrated into production lines in all industries. The controllers can be connected to the higher-level controller via digital I/Os or via fieldbus systems such as Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, DeviceNet, EtherCat, EtherNet, Modbus and many more.

EleCylinder are electric cylinders with motor, encoder and integrated controller. These energy-saving actuators are extremely easy to use and operation via data input requires no complicated programming. Start and end points can be set to any position. Due to the high-speed movements, EleCylinders are ideally suited for short cycle times. Unlike pneumatic cylinders, they can also perform slow uniform speeds over the entire stroke. Even gentle starting or braking are no longer a problem. EleCylinder are repairable easily and have only a few maintenance parts.

NORIMOS 4 – The High Performance PLC-based Alarm, Monitoring and Control System The N4 is our alarm, monitoring and control system (AMCS) for highest demands in operating comfort, usability, flexibility and system availability and is based on our NORISYS 4 open automation platform. It is used to monitor and control ship technology, such as engines and other auxiliary systems. The N4 is a PLC (IEC 61131) based AMCS with decentrally placed subsystems. Each subsystem is operating independently with a high performance I/O CPU master and its slave units and is connected to the other subsystems. The system is based on extremely robust components, can be used flexibly and furthermore, it can be extended with a comprehensive package of standard functions on request: whether as a simple data acquisition system, alarm and monitoring system, with additional control functions for pumps, valves and fans, or even fuel level measurement or power management.
