The advantage of the Marovt company is that forged parts are machined in our own forge. This is why we are able to ensure forged parts with characteristics defined together. The machining of forged parts is mostly automated; therefore, the human factor is decreased and permanently the same technological process can assure all parts to be machined in the same way and being controlled and tested according to the same procedures.The machining of forged parts is carried out on technologically advanced 3 and 4-axe machines. Our machining centres have the possibility of using up to 40 changeable cutting tools. The tool can be up to 300 mm long and up to 10 kg heavy.The machining center spindle can rotate up to 20,000 rpm. Changing the cutting tool at our centers only takes 1.7 s, which greatly shortens the machining time. All our machining centers have a pallet system that eliminates the time of mounting the forging parts into the clamping device.

WIWOX® DP-EU pressure blasting cabinets clean and process tools and parts in just a few seconds. Fine blasting granulates are shot onto the surface by means of compressed air and remove dirt and corrosion. The blasting nozzle is manually guided during the processing of individual parts. Process automation is also possible. For this purpose, the workpiece or the blasting nozzle is moved by motor. The pressure blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues and layers, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Deburring and finishing of surfaces is also possible. In extensive tests with your tools you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system. We will provide you with a test facility for this purpose after consultation.

The C 22 ensures the precise, cost effective and efficient production of parts. Automatically controlled systems In automated systems, parts are moved through the plant using a hoist in a fully-automatic, PLC controlled process. The bath parameters, the exposure time for parts in the baths, and the process steps are all saved in the PLC. The system runs through the process fully automatically. Operating personnel are primarily responsible for monitoring the system. Fully automated systems can significantly optimize manufacturing processes for small and large-scale series production through precision and economic efficiency (consumption quantities, energy management).  

SIM feeding and sorting systems ensure the reliability of our assembly, testing and inspection systems. We develop, design, manufacture and adapt these systems based on customer specifications and the existing assembly system. A combination of various feeding, handling, camera and sensor systems, robots can be used in additional to individual systems. The systems are used in virtually all industrial branches, including medical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics, the automotive industry and electrical engineering. Feeding systems are an important part of automation technology, as are the isolation and provision of individual components. In addition to simple feeding systems, complex testing, measuring and assembly processes can be added without any problems. Different feeding systems can also be combined thanks to the use of robots and handling systems. In this way, we create a seamless transition from simple part feeding through to compact feeding and testing cells.

Embossing punching is an important technique in the automated production of car parts, guided by robots. A laser system with a sensor harness measures the car body and its machining plane so that the embossing depth can be determined with maximum accuracy. The car body part is then embossed accordingly and all necessary holes are punched. Embossing punching is used for the fixture of headlights, bonnets, sliding roofs, boot lids and locks as well as wings. Our embossing punching machines are suitable for single-layer steel and aluminium sheet metal. The respective workpiece is secured mechanically or electromagnetically, and processed using vibrating abrasive media and special fluids. This ensures a consistent finish on both the internal and external surfaces. Automated internal finishing on premium parts Our multivibrators each have three high-speed imbalance drives that allow you to vary the position and rotation direction.
