The automatic welding machine P2 is the innovative successor of the successful P models and an efficient and manoeuvrable device for welding truck tarpaulins, tents, awning materials and advertising banners. It produces optionally 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm wide overlap welds and may also be converted for welding in welting ropes. In addition, by mounting hem welding accessories, the automatic machine can without any difficulty be used for the production of 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm and 45 mm hems. The heat output of up to 4000 W 230 V AC is infinitely variable from 20 to 700 °C for an individual adjustment to different materials. The P2 starts automatically after the weld head has been swivelled in. In addition, the infinitely variable speed adjustment of the modern generation of motors with their performance of up to 18 m/min., in conjunction with the holding down device for crease free welding, makes for an optimum welding result.

Our machine performs welding with a range of 0.2 mm, and this makes the product more aesthetic. -melt on both sides of 3 mm. -You get a more aesthetic and durable welding compared to the resources on the market. With the linear bearing there will be no problems like regulation and extension. -The device we use is special and 5 programs can be registered. - Profiles have differences in melting and cooling depending on the raw materials. -You can save the profile with which you will work for each program, so there is no need to re-configure the profile.

The RBK 60 S is an extremely robust water-cooled weld head for a standard heat exchanger application up to an ID of 60 mm, modified to an ID of 99 mm or 120 mm. The head is pneumatically centred and is available with a rotating wire device and/ or arc voltage control (AVC) as an option. The head can also be used with a pneumatic positioner instead of a balancer. With tube-to-tubesheet weld heads, it is possible to achieve consistently high-quality, reproducible welding of tubes to tubesheets, with or without additional wire. The tubes to be welded can be flush with the tubesheet, offset, protruding or behind the tubesheet. The RBK 38 S and the RBK 60 S are our two new tube-to-tubesheet weld heads.
