We develop fully automatic test systems for inclination sensors and inertial sensors (MEMS, tilt sensors) according to customer requirements. With these systems, combined temperature and motion simulation is possible. We set quality standards with rate tables from Acutronic, for example. With the help of multi-axis rate tables, we can precisely position DUTs in end-of-line (EoL) test operations or for development purposes and calibrate and test them under temperatures of e.g. -40°C and up to 120°C. Merecs Engineering can also connect the test system to our customer's IT infrastructure, set up databases and automatic data analysis using Mircosoft PowerBI, so that important key figures such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, system availability, statistics and trends are continuously updated and displayed on online dashboards. For example, more than 100 DUTs are possible per test run.

Test contacts on the circuit board, produced for just this purpose, are contacted by fine, spring-loaded test pins. Depending on the series size, the in-circuit test can take place manually or in an automated fashion. In combination with other test processes, including tests without test contacts, over 90 percent of all errors can be detected.

LLC "AMT&C" offers automatic measuring system (AMS) for measurements of the magnetocaloric effect and other magnetic parameters. AMS includes: - Halbach-type magnetic field source with changing magnetic field based on permanent NdFeB magnets, - liquid nitrogen cryostat, - the set of measuring inserts, - data acquisition and measurements control system guided by a control computer. AMS has the following working parameters: - variable magnetic field strength - from -1.85 to +1.85 T, - variable frequency of the magnetic field change from 0.1 to 1.8 Hz (magnetic field change rate from 0.05 to 6 T/s), - dimensions of the magnetic field area with heterogeneity no more than 1 % - diameter 20 mm, length 20 mm, - working temperature region – 80 ÷ 365 К, - automatic and manual measuring modes. Automatic parallel online determination of (bio)methane potential is essential to ensure the effectivity of biogas production. Yieldmaster simplifies the search for the right substrae and guarantees maximums yields for your biogas process. Using Yieldmaster minimum gas flows are not necesseray. The Yieldmaster (BCS-CH4 biogas) consists of CH4 infrared gas sensors, precision volumeters and BAcVis or BlueVis software. It can be used from small vessels (500mL) up to big lab fermenters. Data is recorded consistently. Using date from the integrated temperature measurement BacVis or BlueVis calculate the standard volume automatically. Sensors measure directly in the fermenter which means no data is lost and errors caused by gas leakage etc. are minimized. The compensating reservoir device guarantees complete measurement under all circumstances. In combination with BlueVCount (Yieldmaster 2.0) simultaneous measurement of methane and gas volumes is feasable.
