The eco-CONTROL EC200 2.0 serves primarily to control and parameterize the preeflow® dispensers. In addition, pressure monitoring is carried out by the controller for a reliable process with precise dispensing results. The control unit can be easily integrated into fully automatic systems and meets all requirements of modern dispensing processes. The eco-CONTROL EC200 2.0 offers a compact solution with an integrated power supply unit. The control unit also offers options for pressure and temperature monitoring, 100 program memory locations and enables fast and clean storage of programs. The ViscoTec dosing and filling pump RD-Hygiene for food and cosmetics is a volumetric pump based on the continuous piston principle. It is ideally suited for discontinuous or continuous pulsation-free dosing of viscous, structure-sensitive and solids-laden media. Thanks to the high-quality ViscoTec dispensers, high-precision dosing applications can be realized in the food and cosmetics sector. The systems are used e.g. in the bakery and confectionery sector for decoration. Typical doses are icing or fondant, but also fillings such as vanilla or chocolate cream. The challenge was to create an automated and proportional system for dosing nutrients in the production of medicinal plants. After studying some of the main crops that benefit from this system (namely the production of medicinal cannabis), we designed this versatile and comprehensive solution adaptable to each installation.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.

Highly automated machines is designed for dosing of dough of various shapes and sizes without or with filling from different confectionery products on a baking pan by extrusion: -shortbread dough (hard or soft); -gingerbread dough; -dough for oatmeal cookies; -biscuit dough; -protein mass (souffle sweetmeat, pastille, marshmallow) The two-hopper mechanism of Сура СД and Сура СДУ depositors ensures the dosing of dough for double-color products or single-color filled products. All Сура С, Сура СД, Сура СДУ machines in standard version are equipped with mechanisms for rotation of draw plates and movement of the conveyor in the vertical plane. Сура СДУ universal depositor can be equipped with a diaphragm cutting unit where the diaphragms can be arranged both in single row and in staggered rows. Possibility to equip any Сура С, Сура СД, Сура СДУ machines additionally with a string cutting unit given that the frame of all machine s are equipped with the connection elements.
