4A Bowie Dick Test Packs are the testing packages that should be used before starting daily machine sterilization process for steam sterilization devices. Bowie Dick Test Pack is used for the purpose of testing whether there is air leakage and efficient steam penetration in the steam sterilizers. 4A Bowie Dick Test Packs color change allows assurance of whether the steam sterilizers are ready for the sterilization or not. Different kinds od Bowie Dick Test Packs are available in 4A production. The CL series offers medium capacity ranging from 900 to 5100m³/h, it is widely used in many application including: autoclaves, carburetor testing, chucking, condenser exhausting, container filling, cooking, drying, evisceration, exhausting, extruder venting, fiber setting, filtering, forming, gas stripping, molding, pickup and conveying, priming, slot extraction, and solvent recovery. Different with most India cone pump, we are using castings from best domestic foundries，all castings are provided with related material test report . We offering SS420 shaft for all our cast iron pump, it is more reliable in performance and offer longer using life thanIndiaand original Nash CL liquid ring vacuum pump. To meet client’s different installation requirement, we offer both DIN and ANSI flange connection. All our CL liquid ring vacuum pump is 100% performance tested before shipment.

Corrosion testing requires the realistic simulation of the process environment. These environments often include HPHT (high pressure high temperature) conditions. Thanks to our proprietary designs and the use of high-performance materials our industry leading HPHT corrosion testing autoclaves are suitable for the most challenging corrosion testing applications. Representative Mediprene grades have been sterilized via: Ethylene oxide (EtO) Gamma Irradiation Steam / Autoclave Test Specimens for tensile tests were punched out of injection-moulded plaques. All mechanical test values refer to tensile testing of the material parallel with the flow direction. Changes reported have been calculated by comparing values for sterilized specimens with the corresponding values for the unsterilized reference.
