ISOVAL® 11 HKB is prepared from glass fabric impregnated with a special tracking resistant epoxy resin. Laminates exhibit excellent thermal and chemical resistance as well as high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures.

INBORD® E is a phenole/melamine laminate having a decorative tracking resistant surface and good mechanical and dielectrical properties as well as adequate arc resistance. The phenolic paper core is similar to PF CP 203 according IEC 60893 and Hp 2061.6 according DIN 7735. The thickness of the melamine laminate is 0,25 mm, the temperature index is E (120°C).

ISOCARBON® is a rigid carbon reinforced epoxy laminate which covers a broad spectrum of applications with the resin systems developed by ISOVOLTA AG. ISOCARBON® with the high temperature resisting epoxy resin ISOPREG® KB allows applications up to 200°C.

CONTAVAL® M AM 01 is a laminate consisting of thin glass mat, epoxy resin with conductive additives and PTFE.

The ISOPREG® HT resin was especially designed for adhesive applications in ski industry and shows an excellent peel strength against Titanal, Aluminium and PE. The high reactive resin with excellent storability is mostly used for pressing applications. ISOPREG® HT Prepregs are available from dry to tacky.

ISOVAL® A is prepared from glass fabric impregnated with the standard version of the ISOVAL® epoxy system. Laminates exhibit high mechanical strength with good dynamic properties up to 120°C, very good chemical resistance as well as excellent thermal endurance properties up to 155°C. The fine glass fabric combined with a special epoxy resin gives a very smooth surface and enables finest drillings to be done.

The ISOPREG® KB resin system is an epoxy G11 system by Isovolta which has a long term temperature resistance of 200°C. The reactive resin with good storability is used for high pressure laminating. Isopreg® KB Prepregs are only available with dry tack.

CALMICAGLAS® TU 21 is a round rolled epoxy mica glassfabric tube of the type EP MP 21 according IEC 61212

MAGNOVAL® 2232 consists of glass cloth, iron powder and a high temperature resistant epoxy resin.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2083 is a phenolic woven cotton fabric laminate conforming PF CC 203 acc.IEC 60893. For this type a fine weave (≥ 30 threads/cm) is used.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2082 LF is a phenolic cotton laminate with a special filler inside to decrease the friction.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2082 is a phenolic woven cotton fabric laminate conforming PF CC 201 acc. IEC 60893.

The core meets PF CP 201 according IEC 60893 and Hp 2061 according DIN 7735. Thickness of the melamine laminate 0,1 mm. The temperature Index is E (120°C).

LC 205 EPP24N (/T, /PP) is a rubber clad phenolic resin paper laminate (also with a PTFE or polypropylene coating). The denomination ‘LC’ indicates an extremely low chlorine-content.

High performance laminate based on a matrix of modified phenol pressed in multilayers with fibre glass, for use in aircraft interiors, meets FST requirements in accordance with FAR 25.853 and FAR 25.855
