MoriVeda® Psyllium Husk capsules contain the valuable ingredients of the plantain species Plantago afra and Plantago arenaria. The dietary fiber (flosine mucous polysaccharide) can bind more than 50times its weight in water. This property is responsible for the digestive-regulating effect of both constipation and diarrhea. When taking MoriVeda® Psyllium Husk capsules, you should note the following: -Take plenty of fluids (at least 1.5 liters per day) to optimize the swelling capacity. -Take the capsules at least 30 minutes before or after medication, as the absorbtion active substances in the intestine could be blocked. -Do not take the capsule laying down or just before going to bed.
