The industrial laser engraver is designed to operate 24/7, with the VIN marker achieving a perfect typeface at high speeds. The robust and compact integration laser, with IP 54 protection class, is one of the most compact lasers on the market with only 0.012 m³. Easy integration supports integration into new or existing production lines on industrial robots, manipulators or balancers. Inexpensive and powerful - depending on project implementation, it takes only 15 seconds to engrave a complete VIN and is more economical than many other systems. The VIN marker can also engrave hard metals such as titanium, hardened steel, cast aluminum or others without any problems.

Each coding head type disc can be notched up separately by means of mechanical push-down pins or levers. TYPE HOLDERS, INTERCHANGEABLE TYPE If you need to print frequently changing combinations of letters, numbers, and symbols, this system provides optimum flexibility. Individual characters can be easily mounted in and removed from the type holders. Maximum type size available is 3.9 mm. The VST video stroboscope has been designed to continuously monitor the print quality of fast-running cable printing machines. The system also offers the convenience of being able to view the entire print area at various magnifications on a monitor screen. The integrated software allows various evaluations of the displayed print area; e.g. alarm in case of bad quality and / or missing prints. An electric motor provides a constant, adjustable pushing or braking torque independentely of the marking speed. This reduces the strain on the product and ensures perfect synchronization even for small product diameters. Recommended for machines used for marking products of low mechanical strength.
