The products of the Legno range whose formulation is based on renewable raw materials are not only eco-friendly and healthy for living, but they are primarily user-friendly in application and thus, efficient to use by the professional. With the wide range of oils, waxes, hard wax oils and preservative products, you can meet the needs and requirements of all natural surfaces – regardless of whether it is a piece of furniture, interior decoration or a parquet floor. You can also use coloured oil-based coatings without a problem.

Tyrolit offers a wide range of non-woven products, including SCM discs, convolute, and unitized compact wheels. These products come in various dimensions and specifications, catering to different machines and surface processing needs. Coarse designs are ideal for light deburring and rust removal, while finer designs are perfect for finishing and pre-polishing. SCM discs for angle grinders allow for simple deburring without deforming the workpiece, offering quick and thorough finishing. XC quality discs are excellent for softer materials like aluminum, thanks to their open structure that prevents clogging. Available in standard and Quick Change variants for mini angle grinders. Convolute and unitized compact wheels, made from multi-layered non-woven material, range from fine to coarse. They are perfect for scratch and rust removal, light deburring, finishing, and pre-polishing. Suitable for angle grinders, mini angle grinders, straight grinders, and floor stand grinders.

Whether steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals - our cup brushes clean materials efficiently and precisely. They remove rust, paint, varnish and scale, clean weld seams and prepare surfaces for further processing. Cup brushes for angle grinders Our cup brushes with the SHIELD system provide targeted protection against dust and wire breakage while you have an unrestricted view of your workpiece. Choosing the right type of wire is crucial. Our premium products offer flexibility, high quality and a long service life. Cup brushes for straight grinders Wire types are the key to perfect results. SCM, standing for Surface Conditioning Material, is versatile and used for reducing surface roughness, removing paint residues, smoothing and repairing scratches, removing welding seams, and general finishing. These belts offer high efficiency due to their low machining time, robust construction, and open structure, which prevents clogging. The Low Stretch SCM belts are designed to prevent stretching during use, ensuring excellent results without workpiece deformation. Flex SCM belts, highly flexible and resistant to delamination, are ideal for small and narrow applications. The SCM XC belts provide perfect results with nonferrous metals, guaranteeing ideal finishing and maximum lifetime. Tyrolit offers various grain sizes from coarse to ultra-fine for different tasks, enhancing speed and quality in surface finishing processes.

Nozzle tips for hot runner nozzles made of titanium-zirconium-molybdenum offer particularly high thermal conductivity of 140 W/mK coupled with excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. Glass fiber-reinforced plastics are exceptionally strong during processing but also highly abrasive. An optimum combination of thermal conductivity and material hardness is required. The TZM nozzle tips of Plansee are exceptionally resistant to aggression: the SHN surface hardening process. Using SHN surface hardening, we can strengthen peripheral areas and entire TZM components through the addition of a permanent, adherent diffusion layer. As a result, our customers benefit from the use of a tough, heat-resistant material with a wear-resistant surface. Surface hardening takes place during the gas phase. Coatings that we produce using the SHN process adhere better than conventional PVD or CVD layers. They perfectly replicate the surface contour of the TZM product.
