Radial fans are an indispensable part of most operational processes in ventilation systems. In cases where extremely large volumes need to be moved or transported, or where a critical impeller mass is exceeded, radial fans with bearings at both sides are an ideal choice. This type of equipment is available in single-flow and double-flow versions. However, the robust design of Scheuch COMPONENTS radial fans makes it possible to achieve large volumetric flows even with unilateral bearings (i.e. single-flow systems). Bearings can be provided on both sides if requested by the customer, and this configuration is implemented as standard above a critical impeller mass. With their flow-optimized suction pockets, double-flow radial fans make it possible to create efficient designs for transporting and diverting conveyed media – even when space is tight. Altogether, there are various factors and criteria that make double-flow radial fans a favourable option.

Our gates – heavy-duty design consist of 8/6/8 double wire mesh fence with a frame of 60 x 40 mm. The welds are mitred. The gates are fully hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated. The corresponding posts are between 80 x 80 mm and 120 x 120 mm, depending on the clearance. Double-leaf gates with a clear width of 2.00 m to 5.00 m are available in large quantities from stock. The gates are fitted with a Locinox industrial lock. The bolts can be adjusted up to 20 mm and allow for easy installation. The lock is weatherproof and rustproof.

Our product range includes various types of posts for attaching double wire mesh fences. The posts for setting in concrete with cover strips are the most commonly used type of posts. Alternatively, the posts can be attached using clamping plates powder-coated in the same RAL color. The corresponding sizes for the mats 0.63 m to 2.43 m are available.

The security fences have a mesh size of 76.2 mm x 12.5 mm and a wire thickness of 4 mm . These can be used in various facilities with very high security requirements

Our high-quality double wire mesh fences are available in heights from 0.63 m to 2.43 m with a mesh size of 50 mm x 200 mm . We offer 6/5/6 and 8/6/8 wire thickness. Our mesh fences are available in RAL 7016 anthracite and RAL 6005 green . Please feel free to contact us for special colors
