The atmospheric ASCO CO2 Vaporiser has been developed to drastically reduce CO2 vaporisation costs. Ambient air, which is available at no cost, is used to achieve energy savings of over 95% compared to standard electric vaporisers. The fans are automatically controlled temperature dependent and only work if a consumer equipment is in operation. As each vaporiser is supplied prepiped and prewired, installation can be made within minutes. Bases for floor mounting are included. In addition to our standard models, we offer individual solutions of modern and easy to maintain CO2 vaporisers. In accordance with your requirements, we provide you with a suitable CO2 vaporiser. Short pulses of laser light are used to detect particles or gases in the atmosphere, like a radar bounces radio waves off rain drops in clouds. A telescope collects and measures reflected laser radiation, like a radar dish collects the radar signal, leading to a profile of the atmosphere's structure along the path of the laser beam. Researchers can then determine the location, distribution, and nature of atmospheric particles and molecular species using an advanced LIDAR method called the Differential Absorption Lidar (DIAL) technique. Radar (FMCW) level transmitter for powders and dusty atmospheres The OPTIWAVE 6500 is a 2-wire 80 GHz radar (FMCW) level transmitter for demanding applications with powders in very dusty atmospheres. With its small beam angle, this radar is particularly suited for continuous, non-contact level measurement in high and narrow silos, hoppers or buffer storage containers up to 100 m / 328 ft. Due to the high signal dynamics of the FMCW radar, the level transmitter is ideal for low-reflective media, dust, uneven surfaces or tanks with obstacles. As it features a flush-mounted PEEK Lens antenna, there is no intrusion of the antenna into the tank.

EXCOR ZERUST Capsules have been specially designed for the protection of electrical and electronic equipment such as switchboards. EXCOR VCI corrosion protection is provided within a defined radius. EXCOR offers customers ZERUST capsules which remain effective for approximately one to two years, depending on how well sealed the surrounding space or packaging is. EXCOR ZERUST Capsules should be positioned as centrally as possible within the packaging and as close as possible to the metal requiring protection. A self-adhesive strip on the back of each capsule makes them easy to attach.

EXCOR EMIBO Classic Capsules can be used as VCI diffusers in cavities in transport and storage packages. The simple dosing and ease of handling makes them ideal for users' individual container systems; spent diffusers are simply replaced by new ones. If used according to the instructions, EXCOR EMIBO VCI diffusers provide corrosion protection for up to 15 years. If the packaging is re-used, the capsules can be replaced as and when the circumstances of your product cycle allow. EXCOR will be glad to offer advice on suitable replacement intervals. On request EXCOR can provide EMIBO Classic capsules fitted with self-adhesive strips or Velcro to allow them to be attached to the packaging.

EXCOR UNICO is a soft open-cell foam 5 mm thick which has been impregnated with VCI. Thanks to its cellular structure it has a very large diffusing surface area which means that the VCIs rapidly reach saturation point within the packaging. UNICO foam can be used as a VCI booster in very voluminous film packages. UNICO foam is available in rolls or sheets. It is odour-free, dry and resistant to ageing. If you wish to attach it to walls or lids EXCOR can supply the product fitted with a self-adhesive strip.
