The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways. Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements. O-Rail has been designed as a versatile linear system, ideal for automated applications. It is an easy to assemble system, able to offer a smooth motion even on uneven surfaces.

For our bearing assemblies and linear systems, we use high-quality lubricants as standard that are suitable for most applications. Special operating conditions require special lubricants. Standard and special greases are available in the respective container sizes from us as accessories. They can be used when our bearing elements are used for the first time or for relubricating slewing rings.

With tool changes, different striker shapes can be achieved, as well as processing details such as upsetting or tapering at wire ends. thicknessGAUGE sensor systems are used for precise thickness measurements of strip materials, plates and sheets up to 50 mm. Several models with different sensor types, measuring ranges and measuring widths enable inline thickness measurements of different materials and surfaces based on an unmatched price/performance ratio. This fully assembled system comprises a stable frame on which two optical distance sensors are fixed, which detect the thickness of the measuring object according to the difference principle. The sensors are perfectly aligned to each other in terms of their mounting condition. Furthermore, thickness calibration at the factory enables high precision thickness measurements.

The new thicknessSENSOR opens up diverse application possibilities in terms of non-contact thickness measurement. The sensor operates with high precision and enables fast commissioning as well as ease of use. The thicknessSENSOR is a fully assembled system for non-contact thickness measurements of strip and plate material. The system consists of two displacement sensors that are fixed opposite to each other on a frame and measure against the target from both sides. The material thickness is detected according to the difference principle and calculated using an integrated evaluation unit. The measurement values are output as analog values via voltage and current or in digital form via Ethernet. Due to its extremely compact size, the sensor can also easily be integrated into restricted installation space.
