The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different entraining elements and tracking guides. Entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and when lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Tracking guides are used to ensure directionally correct and stable guiding of the belt on the conveying system and to prevent the conveyor belt from running off. Conveyor belt entraining element or tracking guides made of PVC and PU in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. V-shape, rectangular or block tracking guides. Smooth or notched design. Depending on the design, oil and grease resistant, with FDA/EU approval.

The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different cleats and entraining elements. Cleats and entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and whenever lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. We also have a wide range of special cleats such as, for example: PVC 60° Shore A, closed-loop cleats, profiled cleats made of belt material, fabric and felt cleats, and special forms based on the customer’s requirements.

Die ROTOPRINT ist zur Verschlusskappenbedruckung die wirtschaftlichste Lösung mit höchsten Qualitätsmerkmalen bei maximaler Leistung. The ROTOPRINT can be equipped for printed images with between one and three colors. Depending on equipment, the concept enables an output of max. 3000 printed bottle caps/min. (28 mm diameter). With all variants, products are supplied using the tried and tested ascending conveyor. This prevents unnecessary machine stops caused by incorrectly oriented caps. All 3-lane ROTOPRINT machines are supplied with a water-cooled wheel in their basic equipment. Outstanding register accuracy is attained by the constant temperature of the jig carrier. Together with the H-RTI 21-150 printing unit, sophisticated motifs with precise print images for years to come and consistent quality are attained. Rapid color, cliché and motif changes and simple and tool-free operation reduce the ROTOPRINT‘s tooling times.
