Through the modification of high-quality raw materials, the material becomes more flexible, exhibits better flow, reduced shrinkage, and increased layer adhesion. The main advantage is simplified print settings, making it nearly as easy to print as our PLA PRO. This allows for the hassle-free printing of large objects without fear of significant warping and at a relatively high speed. ASA filaments are versatile thermo-materials that are suitable and versatile when used in 3D printing. It resembles ABS plastic but offers 3 advantages in terms of the properties: more mechanical properties, superior aesthetic qualities and UV resistance. The acrylic styreneacrylonitrile is another 3D printed plastic that shares the properties with ABS. This has also been developed as a replacement for a different kinds of rubber in the formulation. ASA can be attributed to high impact resistance, higher temperature resistance, and more difficult print speeds. The polymer is widely used for outdoor applications rather than ABS because it is more resistant to the UV and the rigours of the conditions. Because of its historical background, ASA has retained some printability disadvantages similar in nature to ABS.
