We provide railway industry with high-quality, custom designed, flame retardant hoses. These hoses are generally used for air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, brake-cooling, roof drainage and engine applications. Even if it burns our retardant hoses have no smoke emission, which makes it absolutely unique. Our custom hoses withstand a temperature range of – 50 up to +250 degrees Celsius (depending on material and construction). Flame retardant hoses are made of bot silicon or EPDM. Reinforced version Industries operating with extremely high pressure or vacuum most commonly use reinforced hoses.

The Effect Soot build-up in diesel particulate filters only burn without the use of an additive at a temperature of 500 to 600 °C. These values are not reached in normal operation. ERC CatClean works catalytically and reduces the ignition temperature of the soot to approx. 350 °C, and so continuous burn-off of soot is guaranteed even at low-load and correspondingly low temperatures. The Result ERC CatClean ensures a permanent, additive-supported regeneration of the diesel particulate filter during operation. Soot particles are continuously cleaned from the filter by direct burn-off without maintenance, downtimes, or problems. ERC CatClean is suitable for every filter material and does not change the diesel quality. Lifoflex FLAM are a range of halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) designed to meet the most demanding applications where resistance to ignition and burning are important features. Lifoflex FLAM compounds contain additives to give them better resistance to burning compared to general TPE grades. The range includes halogen, chlorine and antimony free grades which are low smoke and compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives, offering flame retardancy without the use of polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE).
