Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, plays an important role in various metabolic processes in the human body. It helps in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and is involved in the synthesis of erythrocytes, hemoglobin and certain hormones. Vitamin C is found in an oxidized or reduced form called L-ascorbic acid and is very susceptible to damage from light and heat. It has a shelf life of 24 months and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Ascorbic Acid is available in 25-kg bags. Vitamin C is used in medicine to strengthen resistance to disease and in cosmetics to improve skin color by eliminating discoloration and promoting Collagen synthesis. Supplementation with Ascorbic Acid is beneficial for animals, especially during feed changes, transport and recovery from infections.

Application: Only apply on acid-resistant surfaces. Before disinfection, all surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly with suitable cleaning agents for animal houses. After the surfaces are cleaned and dried the proper use-solution of ALDOVET SUPER PLUS is applied with the usual application equipment. Surfaces with animal contact must properly be rinsed with water after disinfection.
