Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some profiles we may have the possibility to further improve the dimensional tolerances by adding a subsequent drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tube, shaped, square or rectangular tubes in both medium strength and high-strength alloys can be produced.

In our press lines of 1300, 2000, 2500, 2700, and 3500 tons, Ø250 pipes from 75gr to 75kg, 190×190 boxes, and profiles with 410mm bar dimensions can be produced. We can produce white or colored anodized products on the surface and painted products in any code with our paint shop.

Additional to the versatility of 11 particular types of aluminium profiles they can be supplied anodised resp. plastic coated in all RAL colours. We call as special types our 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a big range of variations on your request. It works on profiles with a high-speed spindle moving on a steel body equipped with a CNC controller unit and servo motors. The reference point at the beginning and end of the machine is lifted manually and determines the zero point of the profiles. Profile clamping pneumatic vices are placed on linear guides in 4 units as standard equipment. It works with Uni_Link, customized software for door&window manufacturing, and the clamp positions are displayed on Uni_Link’s own interface. Thanks to the Uni_Link program, Dxf drawings of door and window profiles are exported to the machine HMI. The size of the door profile to be processed is entered, hinge type, lock type is selected, and the machine performs parametric calculations on the profile perfectly.
