For clayey materials, as an alternative or in addition to the disruptor, it is possible to consider a system of high pressure water jets called the jet-ring system. This system consists of a ring, applied in correspondence with the filter of the dredging unit and a centrifugal pump for feeding the ring with a horizontal axis (available in electric and hydraulic version).

Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space. The MANOY® backup ring is a solid or split ring which is rectangular or profiled in section. Various sectional profiles and sizes are available in standard or customized versions. MANOY® backup rings can also be used in dynamic applications – positioned on both sides of the O‑ring for alternating pressure.

Zurcon® Dualseal is an excellent alternative to an O-Ring and Back-up Ring combination. The advantages are its resistance to twisting, stability at pulsating pressures and low risk of contamination. Dualseal is easy to install and has a long service life.

Glass beads are a low-cost alternative for Raschig rings. They have less surface area than the rings, and therefore a reduced separation capacity, but they are perfectly adequate for many applications.
