TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS COVER is an indoor coating that can be Airless sprayed. The product must be sprayed at about 80 cm from the support. TIP : Lift filters before spraying.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry matter: 72% • Density: 1.6 PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. Scrape, brush and remove dust from concrete, plasterboard and plaster tiles. APPLICATION Manual application : With a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : Airless and spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 80 cm from the substrate.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Levelling filler for vertical substrates and for use on ceilings for poured concrete or pre-cast slabs. Ideal for the preparation of pre-cast slabs, formwork concrete and for the renovation of textured finishes or fibreglass with a paint finish. AMOUNT REQUIRED From 2 to 4 kg for the first coat. From 1.5 to 2 kg for the second coat. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats. The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.
