The PURIMAR System has been designed and manufactured to meet IMO's requirements for Ballast Water Management System. At ballasting, the ballast water treatment process performed bt the PURIMAR System comprises two main unit operations : 1. mechanical separation(filtering) and 2. disinfection(electrolysis based chlorination). In the first step, the filter(50㎛ filter fineness) removes particles, sediments and organisms of the large size classes. 1. Description Hull, Outfit design to using CAD and TRIBON, a tool exclusive to shipbuilding and marine design. - Electrical outfit production design - Design of electric system (POWER DISTRIBUTION AND CONTROL SYSTEM), electrical equipment (ELECTRIC MOTOR, etc.) and cable way that go into all areas of the ship. - Responsible for electrical/electronic equipment, control and circuit layout design for the entire area Features We have some expert design staffs. We can handle STRUCTURE, PIPING, HULL OUTFITTING, ELECTRIC, etc overall part. We hold software such as AVEVA Marine, TRIBON M3, CAD, Cable PROG. We also partner with Hull Design Company, Pipe Design Company, etc. We work together with some Design partnership companies. therefore, we can possibly Turn-key Contract. In Korea, we cooperate with three (3) shipyards or more and Overseas, we cooperate with the UAE shipowner.
