The swivel motors of the HSE series also fulfill the function of end position damping with or without adjustable swivel angle limitation. This refers to braking, the deceleration of the swivel movement to a standstill. For damping, the cross-section of the bore for the outflowing medium is continuously reduced, thus hydraulically slowing down the moving masses. The end position is reached when the hole is completely closed and the medium can no longer flow out. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSE swivel motor is available in a total of 6 different versions. The pellet crusher is a crusher specially designed to break 03-5mm granules into small pieces. With this design, the quality of pellet feed and pellet feed is improved. It is mainly used for poultry and fattening pellets and aquaculture pellets. The pellet crusher has two rollers, the working distance of which can be adjusted (manually or by motor). Thanks to the specially designed abilene rollers, all kinds of grains are processed with high capacity and quality. These rollers can always be used correctly to ensure high efficiency. The roller mechanism is fed regularly by the power supply unit. The pellet is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the roller. Thanks to a regular feeding with this mechanism, a homogeneous structured feeding with a low power and a lower dust content is obtained without overloading the machine. PCHAINS are manufactured according to the international regulation din 8187 and din 8188. They are made by top quality steel whose mechanical features are very high. During the automatized assembly the PCHAINS are put under tension to set the dimension and to avoid strain in the initial pressure. PCHAINS are lubricated in oil , packed in plastic bags and then put in cardboerd boxes. You can find in the list the most used products.
