This transducer can be used anywhere thanks to its small size. Designed to work without a measuring chamber (uses a flush front diaphragm instead), this transducer is ideal for any measurements where the material to be measured may leave problematic residues. The reliable booster pump for the polymer process. BOOSTER gear pumps from WITTE are used in the polymerisation process to increase the pressure of medium to high viscosity media. The hydraulically heated booster pump conveys very gently prepolymers and polymers, such as PET, PBT, PS, ABS and many others. Heating is by means of heat transfer oil or steam. The core components such as shafts and slide bearings come from the WITTE modular system. The booster pumps of the BOOSTER series are used wherever particularly high pressure is required for the process. High pressures are required for pelletising, fibre production or for spinning pumps, among others. The design of the BOOSTER booster pumps can be adapted to the needs of the plant and the customer's requirements.

Double engagement sleeve coupling with an integrated or bolt-on O-ring carrier and two elongated universal hubs The model TNZ ZCHUU consists of a one-piece housing with O-ring carriers arranged on both sides, and two elongated universal hubs. If required, the elongated hubs can be adapted to the plant requirements.

Compared to the TNZ ZCA types, the coupling model TNZ ZCAU is equipped with an elongated hub, the length of which can be adapted to the plant requirements. TNZ ZCBU: Double engagement design with a bolt-on O-ring carrier for ease of installation and an elongated universal hub Compared to the model TNZ ZCAU, the TNZ ZCBU coupling is equipped with an O-ring carrier which facilitates installation by changing the mounting sequence. For mounting the coupling, unscrew the cover and place it on the shaft. Mount the hub onto the shaft, slide the sleeve onto the hub and fasten the O-ring carrier to the sleeve. This way of mounting is advantageous when large couplings are involved. Like the model ZCAU, the ZCBU has an elongated hub the length of which can be adapted to the plant requirements.
