Enox TMCH90MO (1,1Di(tertbutylperoxy)3,3,5trimethylcyclohexane) is liquid substance which has C17H34O4 as chemical formula. It it used used for the (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range between 90°C to 120 °C and for the polymerization of diethylene glycoldi(allycarbonate) based optical monomers. Enox BPO 75W (Dibenzoyl Peroxide 75%) is a white particle moistened with 25% water. This diacyl peroxide has C14H10O4 as chemical formula and it is used as initiator for the (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylates, methyacrylates and vinylacetate. Further it is being used to cure unsaturated polyester, vinyl esther and acrylic thermosetting resins at ambient temperatures. Absylux® ABS is a low cost engineering plastic that is easy to machine and fabricate. Absylux is an ideal material for structural applications when impact resistance, strength, and stiffness are required. It is widely used for machining pre-production prototypes since it has excellent dimensional stability and is easy to paint and glue. Natural (beige) and black Absylux are FDA compliant for use in food processing applications. Carbon-powder-filled conductive material with high strength and stiffness, and relatively high impact strength. This material is easily machined and fabricated into close tolerance finished parts. The same type of polymer also exists in Non-carbon-filled anti-static material (Absylux® SD-A) which has high impact strength, good tensile and flexural strength, and is easily machined. Available in natural or black, it can be easily thermoformed in thinner gauges, and is bondable with WELD-ON® 1707.
