The europages sourcing barometer lists on a quarterly basis what international SMEs are increasingly looking for in the B2B segment.

Business goes smooth and gentle in the second quarter

Business is going smooth: We can see gentle increases in the different sections, so nothing crazy, what already is a good thing these days. The increase in terms of heat pumps and champagne adumbrates a bit of a normal summer, we even dare to say there is maybe a glimpse of idleness as trimmery, embroidery and tulle pops out with 14 percent within the best increases in product searches.

 

Parameteres for targeted countries also indicate stabilty

The three countries that have – again - been targeted most during searches within the second quarter of 2023 are Germany, France and Italy. This mirrors the overall development in Europe. For example the official data for Italy say that the Italian economy currently is showing its positive side - in the first quarters the economy exceeded expectations and ISTAT forecasts a remarkable economic growth of 1.2 percent for the whole year.
