DESCRIPTION OF THE TESTED DOOR LEAF The door leaf consists of a fully welded tubular steel frame measuring 100x60x3, with intermediate stiffeners of 100x30x2 also welded to the structure. The outer covering of the door is made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet, fixed with rivets to the supporting structure. The structure is protected by a thermal screen 8 mm thick on three peripheral sides. The insulating core is made using two 30 mm thick rock wool mattresses with a density of 110K/M³. An additional thermal screen, 10 mm thick, is placed along the axis of the door leaf between the two insulating mattresses. The seal between this screen and the structure is ensured by a 2 mm thick expanding product strip. SUSPENSION By two oversized double pivot hinges on bearings. These slide in a galvanized steel rail suitable for the suspension rollers. Adjustable rod supports are provided at regular intervals.
