Labeling machine for drums and tanks

The labeler is designed to apply self-adhesive labels on large cylindrical or molded containers used in the food and chemical industries. It allows for working with products of different shapes and sizes through simple adjustments. These machines are manufactured according to the specifications of the container to be labeled, whether round or rectangular, with one or two label distribution groups. Options include custom-sized conveyors, traction motors, fixed or rotating accumulation tables, centering devices, and thermal transfer or ink-jet printing systems. The self-adhesive stations are driven by stepper motors for precise application. It incorporates an electronic card for the labeling start signal and precise electronic adjustment of the label positions. Production ranges from 2,000 to 12,000 units per hour.
