Semi-Automatic Labeling Machine ET1M

The machine is a bench labeler that applies self-adhesive labels from a roll. It can apply main labels (also 360° around) as well as back labels (on the same roll as the main label). This is a tabletop device with a manual cycle start, allowing for labeling of bottles, jars, and cylindrical containers made of glass or plastic. The operator places the containers individually in a vertical position on the turntable and starts the labeling cycle by pressing a start button. The distance between the main label and the back label can be adjusted using a rotary knob with a scale. All other working parameters can be modified via a keyboard with a display. Optionally, an inkjet printer can print an expiration date or a batch number. There are variants with 1 or 2 stations for cylindrical bottles and one station for square bottles. The production capacity is 700-800 bottles per hour.
