Silcaflex 110-30k Sealing Cord

SILCAFLEX textiles are made from long-fiber aluminum silicate wool, which is processed into the following product forms: - SILCAFLEX cords - SILCAFLEX packs - SILCAFLEX tapes - SILCAFLEX fabrics - SILCAFLEX sealing cords During the manufacturing process, organic carrier materials, such as cotton, are added for processing. In addition to these carrier materials, which evaporate under temperature stress, a fine chrome-nickel wire or a fine glass core is used for reinforcement. SILCAFLEX textiles are lightweight, flexible, and have good thermal insulation properties. They are resistant to most chemicals, except for hydrofluoric and phosphoric acid, as well as concentrated alkalis.
