Standardized Washers according to DIN 6796

These spring washers are standardized according to DIN 6796, edition October 1987, and are designed to secure bolted connections for high demands. Since a strongly progressive increase in force occurs when the spring washer is flattened at the end of the deflection capability, the spring force has been specified at double the calculated value. Tests have shown that this value largely corresponds with the measured values.
