We can precisely CNC-mill both cross-linked and non-cross-linked PE foams on our CNC-controlled portal system. This enables high-quality production in the packaging sector, allowing for efficient manufacturing of inserts even in the smallest quantities, thanks to the elimination of tools and the associated costs. Our service offering also includes CNC milling of your PE foams on a contract basis. Upon request, we can mill various contours and cutouts into your raw materials, whether you provide them as blocks, sheets, or cut pieces. We can also process material combinations made from different PE foams with our CNC milling machine.
