The NEMO® container emptying systems are extremely versatile and automatically suction themselves towards the bottom of the barrel. With the emptying systems from NETZSCH, you can almost completely empty your barrels and containers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. At the heart of the system is the NEMO® BY eccentric screw pump, which ensures a smooth and pulsation-free transport. The versatility of this pump is impressive: you can easily pump both low-viscosity and nearly non-flowing media, regardless of whether they contain solid components, as well as shear-stable, sticky, or abrasive substances. The eccentric screw pump ensures gentle product handling, even with pressure and viscosity fluctuations. Additionally, there is the option to heat the pump, allowing you to transport products that tend to harden or require temperature control. When the system is activated, a vacuum is created under the follower plate, which simultaneously exerts a slight pre-pressure on the medium to ensure constant suction. As a result, less than one percent of the total content remains as a residue, providing you with both material and cost savings.
