The NEMO® SH Plus hygienic pump, designed in a bearing pedestal construction, has been specifically developed for hygienic applications and is ideally suited for cleaning processes (CIP/SIP procedures) in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, as well as chemical and biochemical industries. It ensures continuous, pressure-stable, gentle, and low-pulsation conveyance, as well as speed-proportional dosing. The design with a bearing pedestal and free shaft end allows for flexible use of various drive types. This eccentric screw pump is particularly suitable for shear-sensitive, low to high-viscosity, lubricating and non-lubricating, solid-containing or solid-free, thixotropic as well as dilatant, abrasive or adhesive media. The hygienic design of the components and machines, as well as the cleanability of the system parts (CIP and SIP capable), are defined in numerous standards and regulations.
